Overview

              

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, ideally with at least five years’  Sales Management experience leading sales teams in the IT Managed Services Industry. If you have a proven track record of selling managed services, professional services, software and infrastructure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

In this role, you’ll be building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our specialist IT solutions, end ensuring your team delivers consistently on agreed targets. You’ll also play a key role in supporting your team to hit their objectives and KPI metrics as outlined in the sales plan.

What You'll Be Doing

                      

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring your team is set up to achieve tier targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies whilst delivering on agreed targets. 

 

  • Pipeline Management: Effective personal pipeline management with KPI metrics applied.

 

  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor and motivate the sales ream to reach their goals and maintain high performance

 

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales figures and data to evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the team to grow our customer base alongside existing account development.

  • Reporting: Regular use of CRM tools for forecasting and call logs, plus planning for large opportunities. Provide senior management with reports on sales performance, customer needs and market trends.

 

  • Communication: Communicate professionally in written and verbal form, both internally and externally.

 

  • Governance: Ensure the ream operates in line with the organisation’s ISO Security Policy and Procedures, supporting audit activities where required.
