Role: To create and manage vendor-based marketing campaigns and partner ecosystem development. 

Overview:

ebb3 is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to create and manage vendor-based marketing campaigns and partner ecosystem development. This role is crucial for unlocking sales leads and driving our growth in the AI and VDI digital workspace sector by leveraging key partnerships.

 

If you have experience working with vendors like Dell, Nvidia, Citrix, Broadcom, Omnissa and Microsoft, then we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Join Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with key vendors and partners to develop joint marketing strategies that align with both ebb3’s and the partner's business goals.

  • Plan and implement co-branded marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and maximising mutual benefits.

  • Work with internal teams to create marketing materials that highlight the combined value propositions of ebb3 and its partners.

Coordinate Vendor Events, Webinars, and Co-Branded Campaigns: 

  • Organise and manage vendor events, including webinars, workshops, and live events to promote joint solutions.

  • Develop a detailed event calendar, ensuring timely execution and effective promotion.

  • Ensure high-quality event execution, including logistics, content creation, and post-event follow-up.

Manage Relationships with Vendor Partner Managers and strategic Partners:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor partner managers and strategic partners.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related marketing activities.

  • Ensure alignment on goals, activities, and joint marketing initiatives.

  • Regularly communicate with partners to stay updated on their requirements and opportunities.

Track and Report on Effectiveness of Lead Generation Efforts:

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of vendor-based marketing campaigns.

  • Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

  • Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimise future marketing activities and improve overall effectiveness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Joint Marketing Strategies:

  • Number of joint marketing campaigns executed.

  • Increase in brand awareness and market reach through partner collaborations.

 

Vendor Events and Webinars:

  • Number of events and webinars organised and their attendance rates.

  • Lead generation and engagement metrics from events.

 

Relationship Management:

  • Quality and strength of relationships with vendor partner managers and strategic partners.

  • Partner satisfaction and alignment on goals and activities.

 

Lead Generation Effectiveness:

  • Number and quality of leads generated from vendor campaigns.

  • Conversion rates of vendor-generated leads to sales opportunities.

  • ROI on joint marketing campaigns and events.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing roles, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of VDI digital workspace and AI solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
